RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Part Time Marketing Performance Strategist in Seminole, OK.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Performance Strategist with a minimum of 12 years of experience to join our Digital Marketing Operations and Insights team on a temporary, project-based contract. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the key components of a comprehensive marketing performance measurement framework, including revenue and non-revenue value measures.

Your expertise will be critical to translating existing, but disparate, analyses of brand equity, customer experience, and sentiment into composite scores or indices that can deliver actionable insights to executive leadership in the form of a quarterly dashboard. As part of this project, you will focus on the calculation of a brand health index - and deliver a wireframe for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) dashboard that captures other component metrics. In addition, you will provide a roadmap for execution of an MVP of the CMO dashboard, with a target delivery of Q2 2025.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing measurement frameworks and methodologies, analytics, and reporting


• Expertise in defining measurement strategies, developing dashboards and data visualization tools


• Self-starter, resourceful, and entrepreneurial; Comfortable working with ambiguity and developing a new model/approach

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
