Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Interim Controller in Eureka, MO.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Experienced leader to make challenging business decisions, efficiently lead a department, drive company culture, hold others accountable and manage the outcome of results

  • Full supervisory responsibilities of the accounting department including but not limited to performance management, compensation analysis, hiring, discipline actions, training, and development, etc.

  • As an Interim Controller, you will oversee the processes and standards for the accounting department, including the Treasury and Payroll functions

  • Create and manage an efficient and accelerated monthly financial consolidated closing and reporting process in accordance with GAAP

  • Partner with auditors to complete financial statement audits and ensure correct adoption of new technical standards

  • Innovate and standardize efficient processes throughout the entire team; Build strong internal controls and process documentation

  • Interim Controller will be responsible for the Treasury function and leading the 13 week rolling cash forecast and weekly cash reporting requirements

  • NetSuite ERP subject matter expert for corporate accounting

  • Performs other position duties when requested by leadership

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Proficient with various accounting and payroll software

  • Alignment with company mission, vision, and values

  • Available to travel on a limited basis as needed






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
