Responsibilities

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead and manage critical programs in support of our mission. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management of similar size and scope, with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects within a government or defense environment. This role requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance and a deep understanding of government operations and regulations. Senior Project Manager shall be available to the client either in person or by telephone 24/7/365.

  • Oversee and manage multiple high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with agency objectives and strategic goals. Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and deliverables
  • Responsible for the satisfactory, timely, and professional completion of all work
  • Shall be on site full time during regular work hours
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communications with senior government officials, stakeholders, and external partners. Facilitate collaboration and manage expectations effectively
  • Meet with client to take and clarify requirements of facility projects
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with client and contractor personnel
  • Create, update, and maintain sensitive and/or classified facility information, documents, and records that are located on the TS/SCI network Facilities, SharePoint, Secret Classified shared drive and ticket systems, and unclassified systems
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Present in executive briefings on state of the facilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of program professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support to achieve program goals


Qualifications



What we are looking for in your resume:

  • Minimum of 10 years of program management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within a government or defense context
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Possess at least at least one of the following certificates:FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, CFM IFMA
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and oversight
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems with innovative solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of government operations, regulations, and compliance requirements
