Job Description:

Our client is seeking to hire a Controller due to growth! This is a great opportunity to work closely with the CFO on special projects, as well as take ownership and lead the growing department.




Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the month-end and year-end close process


• Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives


• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.


• Participate in the development of and support the company's strategic plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


• CPA


• 8+ years of experience; at least 2+ in public accounting
