Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer currently has a Senior Finisher opportunity at Ellsworth Adhesives. This role reports into our KitPackers/ResinLab (KPRL) division located in Germantown, WI.

The Senior Finisher coordinates the flow of jobs through the finishing department by working closely with the Packaging and Shipping Departments to ensure the efficient movement of correctly labeled and boxed parts through the system.

Important Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Reviews products, identifies correct label and uses third-party applications for producing labels

• Attaches or creates required documents for customer requirements

• Closes orders in the company database by applying packaging materials used

• Delivers pick list to Shipping Department when orders are ready for shipment

• Monitors label inventory for replenishment, calibration and maintenance of Finishing label printers

• Provides Outside Service vendors with labels and other related items not covered on the Pick List

• Reviews outside service orders and verifies paperwork and returns items are correct

• Coordinates closing outside service jobs with the Receiving & Inventory Department

• Executes all duties and responsibilities of other Finishers as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred

• 3 years of production experience required
• Lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds
• Follows and understands established operating processes
• Able to operate with minimal direct supervision
• Able to anticipate potential issues that will need resolution
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve productivity levels
• Schedule: 8am-4:30pm
