CPRC Director at Compass Health Network in Sullivan, Missouri

Job Description:

Compensation: $85,888.82 annually

The CPRC Director will be responsible for all operating elements of the program including clinical, administrative and service delivery functions.

Responsibilities include:

* Oversee the application of a Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program as defined by CPRC certification standards, CARF standards, and Compass Health Network Policy
* Oversee and determine CPRC eligibility for new clients, and ensure timely program enrollment of new clients, as well as appropriate and timely discharges
* Ensure quality clinical care as measured by clinical outcome measurements (i.e. Fidelity scores, trends in scores of DLA-20, PHQ-9, GAD-7, progress on clinical care paths, etc.), including, but not limited to:
o Medically necessary interventions based on up-to-date assessments, Wellness Plans, and appropriate care paths
o Development of, administration of, and clinical oversight of, all CPRC care paths
o Use of Supervisor spreadsheets and other available data to guide and measure effectiveness of clinical interventions
o Timely and accurate documentation
o Evidence-based practices (i.e. ITCD, ACT, ACT-TAY, Wellness Coaching, Zero Suicide) are implemented and delivered to fidelity
o Oversee response to client crises, including clinical direction and review of all critical and clinically significant events
o Ensure quality clinical care is provided by all teams, and work with DCCO and other CPRC Directors to ensure consistent processes across CPRC in the Compass system
o Ensure all clients have access to benefits needed for quality clinical care
o Champion and facilitate integration among CPRC and other departments/teams at Compass and with community partners
* Oversee staff training/professional development and HR issues
o Provide timely reviews of staff job requirements training needs to assure competency in compliance with applicable standards
o Ensure that all staff provide services within the scope of their role, education, and training
o Develop and review employee AIM plans, ensuring progress toward AIM goals on teams
o Oversee HR/coaching/disciplinary issues with staff
* Prepare and submit reports as required to the Department of Mental Health
* Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

*Oversee day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
*Complete performance development/AIM process
*Time card management - manages time sheets
*Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

Master's degree required

* At least one (1) year of experience administering a mental health program required if Master's degree is in social work, psychology, counseling or related field
* At least two (2) years experience administering a mental health program required if Master's degree is in an administrative field
* A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: LMSW, PLPC, LCSW or LPC valid in the state of Missouri required
