In this role, you will work closely with our sales representatives throughout all stages of the project from the initial bidding process through to successful completion. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing every aspect of the project, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project scopes, including route surveys, permits, equipment, site requirements, and resources.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring all activities are on track and within scope.
Collaborate with management, sales teams, and customers to plan project schedules, mobilise equipment, and coordinate crews.
Travel frequently (50-75% of the time) to oversee project execution.

The Person
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 2 years of experience in project management within the heavy haul and rigging industry.
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
Is organised, with the ability to multitask and think critically to find unique solutions.
Holds an undergraduate degree in project planning/management or a related field (preferred but not required).
Has a strong core value system, including honesty, integrity, and a good work ethic.
