A day in the life.



As our Information Technology Manager on the Information Technology team, you'll be responsible for the following:




  • Manage and oversee the IT department, including the supervision of IT staff and contractors.

  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, network installations, and software implementations.

  • Monitor and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications systems.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for technology improvements and investments.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.

  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as data privacy and security.

  • Proven experience in IT management, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Epic

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Active Directory

  • Power Bi

  • Microsoft SQL Server

  • Microsoft Print Server

  • Microsoft Teams/SharePoint

  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, Master's degree is a plus



These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:




  • Time management

  • Customer Service

  • Insurance Industry knowledge

  • ServiceNow

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus

Work environment & physical demands.





  • Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.

  • Required job duties are essentially active and at times physically demanding work consisting of walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 50 lbs. maximum, bending, pushing, pulling, crawling, talking, and hearing.

  • Travel may be required outside of the state, occasionally, to perform IT related support.



  • Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,900 to $114,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
