A day in the life.
As our Information Technology Manager on the Information Technology team, you'll be responsible for the following:
- Manage and oversee the IT department, including the supervision of IT staff and contractors.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, network installations, and software implementations.
- Monitor and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for technology improvements and investments.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as data privacy and security.

- Proven experience in IT management, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations
- Strong knowledge of Applied Epic
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Active Directory
- Power Bi
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft Print Server
- Microsoft Teams/SharePoint
- Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, Master's degree is a plus
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Time management
- Customer Service
- Insurance Industry knowledge
- ServiceNow
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus

Work environment & physical demands.
- Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.
- Required job duties are essentially active and at times physically demanding work consisting of walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 50 lbs. maximum, bending, pushing, pulling, crawling, talking, and hearing.
- Travel may be required outside of the state, occasionally, to perform IT related support.
- Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,900 to $114,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
