Job Description:

This is an onsite position that requires 60% nationwide travel. Candidates have the potential to go hybrid.


Hourly Range: $21.07 - $22.17 (1-3 years of exp.); $25.91 - $28.64 (3-5 years of exp.);


$29.04 - $30.56 (5-10 years of exp.) including up to 6% quarterly bonus eligibility.

In this rewarding role, you will:



  • Communicates with drivers both verbally and in writing to obtain and understand driver’s needs and help implement solutions

  • Create and maintain electronic database for maintenance and inspections of fleet vehicles

  • Ensure fleet availability to meet requests by scheduling and forecasting needs

  • Monitor and ensure fleet operation is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations

  • Ensure accurate record keeping for all vehicle related service

  • Maintain electronic logs for fleet

  • Support driver planning and delivery execution


You must have:



  • High school diploma or GED


  • 2+ years of experience in transportation coordinating activities for 5 or more vehicles required

  • Strong technical ability and acumen

  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize work

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  • Provide excellent customer service


Prefer to have:



  • CDL License
