Fred Beans Automotive is immediately hiring Payroll Specialists in Doylestown, PA !
In this role you will handle weekly payrolls for multiple entities, maintain employee payroll records and assist with quarterly and annual tax verifications and submissions.

Office hours: 8am- 5pm M-F
What You'll Do
Process payroll each week for assigned entities according to payroll policies and
proceduresProcess monthly bonus payrolls as assignedInsure that all payroll and tax files are submitted timely and verified for accuracyMaintenance of electronic employee records including data changes, employee
deductions and any pay related changesProvide analytical reports as required to appropriate management staffAssist with monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting functionsReview and respond to any payroll related emailsAssists employees as needed with portal set up or payroll related questions
