Location: This is a hybrid/remote role in Midwest region of United States. Will consider applicants in Upper East Coast.
Essential Duties:
Responsible for profitable growth through management of assigned Key Accounts and development of new business for all facilities in United States and Mexico. Focused on Flambeaus Contract Manufacturing within the Industrial and Fluids Segments. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have a strong attention to detail in order to stay engaged with customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sourcing influencers at existing and prospective customers. Have strong organizational, strategical sales and negotiation skills when interacting with customer base and prospective customers. Identify and pursue new business and emerging business segments that fit within Flambeaus core competencies. Manage assigned key Accounts thru consistent engagement, including in-person visits and plant tour visits to Flambeaus facilities. Schedule annual Business Review meetings with Key Customer Accounts and monitor Customer Score Cards regularly. Develop and execute account strategies to optimize relationships, revenue and profit. Interact with internal cross-functional team members at various plants to ensure timely and accurate execution of new programs. Report weekly activities with Director of Sales and attend weekly/monthly review meetings to discuss or adjust accordingly. Become adept with our manufacturing capabilities and services, and promote and secure business for all NA and MX facilities. Other duties, as assigned.
