Harris & Bruno International (H&B), a printing equipment and spare parts manufacturer, is seeking a full-time Administrative Support position.
FUNCTIONS:
Process sales orders, quotes, and other internal documents.
Data entry.
Organizing records and information.
Customer Service Phone Operator
Provide support to sales team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Perform other administrative duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong computer skills.
Good organization skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
One to two years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
