Training Schedule

10/21/2024 - 11/29/2024 from 8a - 4:30p, EST. Monday - Friday

Post Training Shift

9:30a - 6p, EST. Monday - Friday.

As a Pharmacy Technician , you will work to assist patients in receiving life sustaining medications to help manage rare and/or chronic diseases. You'll be empowered to engage patients, insurance companies, and multiple departments to process Prescription orders and ensure timely shipment of medications. This role is very detail oriented, and you'll spend the majority of your day working on our computer system entering data and/or talking on the phone.

• Ensure prescriptions are accurately entered into system.


• Investigate issues with pharmacist, doctors & other healthcare providers.


• Provide guidance to our callers regarding coverage.


• Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GEDrequired.


• Active Certification from Pharmacy Technician Certified Board (PTCB) or National HealthCareer Association (NHA) - required.


• Active State Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License- required.


• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferably as a Certified Pharmacy Tech.


• Reliable Internet Service (Minimum 10 Mbps)


• Basic math skills andgeneral PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet, and email is required.


• Dedicated and quiet workspace in the home


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17 - 26 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
