The YETI Content team is looking for an experienced Associate Studio Photo Producer with a strong foundation in studio photography production, to lead in-studio product photography production processes. You must be highly organized and communicative with experience in a fast-paced environment. Accustomed to navigating the unknown: problem solving without all the details, managing shifting priorities, proactively getting information from other teams and moving things forward despite budget or timelines changing. This individual should have a clear understanding of the studio photo production process within a brand, production co or agency environment. While in-studio photos will be the focus, it would be a bonus for this person to have some experience with outdoor lifestyle photography as well.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for the organization and management of all studio photography, from product roadmap alignment, shot list development, shoot & retouching scheduling, to final delivery of assets.
Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment in shot list and final image output
Maintain holistic viewpoint of all incoming requests to maximize efficiency of timelines & shoot days
Collaborate and communicate effectively across marketing, merchandising, product, creative, retail, and wholesale teams
Execute on delivery timelines and schedules in coordination with project management teams and in collaboration with internal photographer and retoucher
Oversee studio space & photo equipment
Manage photo sample inventory and timelines in collaboration with product team
When necessary, collaborate with external vendors or freelancers on projects that fall outside of internal capabilities
Recognize process gaps & bring innovative solutions to the table
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years' experience producing in-studio product photography at a brand, production co or agency
Very detail oriented and organized-you love a well-made & maintained spreadsheet!
Be a self-starter and a multi-tasker who can handle multiple workstreams & tight timelines
Have awesome communication skills with an ability to partner with stakeholders across the business
Experience in the outdoors and/or with outdoor brands a plus
Some experience with outdoor lifestyle photo is a plus
Always have a great positive attitude, calm cool and collected
