What You'll Do:
As a Floor Tech, you'll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors using specialized power equipment. You will perform tasks such as machine scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and other floor maintenance duties, ensuring the hospital stays safe and clean for all patients, staff, and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating floor maintenance equipment to clean and maintain floors.
- Performing tasks such as scrubbing, stripping, and waxing floors.
- Following infection control measures, safety protocols, and housekeeping procedures.
- Assisting with other cleaning tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:

Experience in hospital housekeeping or floor tech work is preferred, but we are open to training motivated candidates. -
Flexible Availability - Must be able to work all shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. -
English Proficiency - Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate effectively with supervisors and government personnel. -
Dependable & Detail-Oriented - Able to follow written and verbal directions to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
