Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in the Waukesha, WI area that is looking for a Payroll Manager. The full-time Payroll Manager position will report directly to the VP of Finance. This role is Hybrid.

Essential Duties:

• As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for processing multiple payrolls as well as providing support to the finance and human resources departments


• Continuously improve the payroll process, help establish proper back-up functionality, and document processes and procedures involved in payroll administration


• Payroll Manager will manage Payroll process, no direct reports to manage

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting


• 5+ years of Payroll Processing experience


• Union Payroll experience


• Some experience/knowledge in general ledger accounting would be a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
