RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Portfolio Operations Specialist Level 2 to join their team on a 9-month contract to hire basis. The manager has a strong preference for candidates local to the Cincinnati area. This position will be mostly remote, but in-office requirements are subject to change in the future.

Summary:
The Portfolio Operations Specialist is responsible for managing one of more functional areas of Portfolio Operations within a product led organization that include the following but not limited to capital allocation, capital budget governance, operating budget governance, capacity management, vendor performance governance and contracts management. This role will demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Under general supervision of a Portfolio Ops Manager and in conjunction with the Principal Portfolio Ops Manager, the Portfolio Operations Specialist will lead and direct activities related to one or more Portfolio Operations function while also building expertise in other functions.




REQUIREMENTS:



  • 3-7 years of overall experience

  • Accounting experience

  • SDLC Life Cycles experience

  • Technology Business Management experience

  • Must be able to report to the BTC as needed

  • Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget

  • Proven problem solving and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels with the organization

  • Should be able to participate in audits and other functionally related activities

  • Should develop a mindset of driving data driven decisions and support other stakeholders in the same as well






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
