Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Project Manager manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation


• Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures


• Develops project plan and drives project milestones


• Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders


• Provides day-to-day direction to project resources


• The Project Manager ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project


• Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets


• Crafting executive level slides for various aspects of the project


• Run weekly meeting to overview project progress with stakeholders


• Perform preliminary triage of potential issues prior to handing over to technical teams


• As a Project Manager, you will track defects from our testing team and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to determine defect severity

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10 years of experience


• Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills


• Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word


• Ability to work as a hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst is a plus, considering this is a small team


• Able to work with project managers from other departments to coordinate needs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
