Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manager UI Engineering in Katy, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UI development teams, managing both internal and external resources from ideation through execution


• Provide clear feedback and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and excellence


• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on creative processes and deliverables


• Optimize the use of CMS and personalization platforms to maximize performance and user engagement


• Develop and maintain best practices for UI Engineering, ensuring high standards for user experience, performance, and accessibility


• Collaborate on personalized design and marketing efforts to ensure consistent vision and execution across channels


• Identify risks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field


• 10+ years of experience in UI Engineering, Web Development, or Software Development


• 3+ years leading development teams focused on delivering rich, customer-centric experiences


• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus)


• Advanced expertise in designing responsive user interfaces for mobile and desktop applications


• Experience driving improvement initiatives and leading teams through complex challenges


• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience, performance, and SEO


• Skilled in identifying risks, prioritizing decisions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth


• Strong ability to communicate development strategies and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
