Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Katy, TX that is seeking a Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• The Marketing Specialist will oversee, create, and execute eCommerce campaigns and projects


• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives


• Support audience segmentation, personalization, and performance measurement


• Collaborate with teams to align product recommendations with goals


• Continuously optimize recommendations based on user data


• The Marketing Specialist will implement A/B testing to enhance recommendations


• Work with merchandising, design, and project management teams to ensure tasks are completed on time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field


• 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or eCommerce role, with a focus on data analysis and campaign management


• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to define, document, and improve processes


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with cross-functional teams


• Highly organized, able to manage timelines in a fast-paced environment


• Proactive in solving challenges with a positive attitude


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook


• Capable of performing job duties with clear vision and hearing

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
