Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully onsite Support Specialist II in Lyon, MI. In this role, you will support configuration space and teams by designing workflows for customers.

As a Support Specialist II, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing endpoint solutions for our clients using Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, and traditional PC imaging. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of endpoint management systems, with a strong focus on automation and hands-on support.
Essential Job Functions:
Deploy, configure, and support endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, and traditional PC imaging
Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and other automation languages to enhance operational efficiencies and support endpoint management tasks
Provide support for cross-platform endpoint management, including Apple device management using JAMF Pro
Collaborate with clients to assess and address their endpoint management needs, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint management, configuration, and deployment issues efficiently
Contribute to the development and implementation of endpoint management policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensure security measures and compliance standards are consistently applied across managed endpoints
Support the continuous improvement of endpoint management services to enhance client satisfaction
Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
One or more of the following (or approved similar) certifications are required: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate; Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator; Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
5+ years of relevant technical and customer service experience in systems analysis, implementation, and support for current technologies
3-8 years of experience in support with a focus on Microsoft endpoints
Extensive experience in Windows required
Professional, demonstrable experience with Microsoft endpoint management technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, and traditional PC imaging
Experience with cross-platform endpoint management, particularly Apple device management with JAMF Pro, is an advantage
Expertise in Windows Imaging, MDT, SCCM, and Intune
Knowledge of Windows Active Directory (User Management/Administration/Group Policy), Azure AD/Entra ID and implications for endpoint and user management
Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, and related tools
Strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of endpoint management best practices
Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, is an advantage
Apple experience is a big bonus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
