Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent attendance

• Appropriate following of safety rules

• Conform to safe work practices

• Maintain an orderly work environment

• Communicate well with others

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Ability to multitask


Job Tasks:

• Inspect carpet for defects and repair defects if possible.

• Verify the style & color numbers are correct by using a standard & verify pattern

o Enter & Update roll information into computer.

• Update information in computer.

• Must be able to make decision on Shear level

• Basic computer skills and ability to lean AS400

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Ability to lift or move 50 lbs.

• Ability to score "average" on Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue color test

• Must be able to operate Roll-up

• Ability to distinguish between quality & off quality carpet

• Must be capable of frequently stepping on and off cat-walk bending, & squatting

• Must be able to learn to make decisions on quality grading.

• Must conform to safe work practices.
