Our client, a growing residential property management firm, is looking to add a Community Manager to one of their properties in Malden! They are seeking an outgoing, welcoming personality and someone who has 3+ years of experience with leasing and property management.


Position Detail:

• Location: Malden, MA


• Work Model: On site


• Degree: Preferred


• Responsibilities include implementing and organizing resident activities to foster community engagement, facilitating lease renewals, coordinating preventative maintenance programs, manage roommate changes and resolve associated issues, and more.


• The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and sales experience, and familiarity with facilities coordination preferred.
