Executive Assistant to $90K - Premier Boston Firm!



Our client, a real estate investment company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to their HR team! In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for effectively managing HR executives' calendar, travel, and expense reporting, preparing meetings and taking meeting minutes, managing inquiries from investors and vendors, ordering supplies, preparing documentation, and more. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of executive support experience from large or public companies.
