Client Service Associate



We are assisting a large investment company with their search for a Client Service Associate. This is an excellent entry-level position for candidates looking to break into the financial services industry. This firm hires on a temp-to-possible-permanent basis. Prior financial services/advisory firm experience is a huge plus.


Responsibilities:

• Accept and respond to inbound calls from clients and process financial and non-financial requests accordingly


• Provide follow-up to clients as necessary


• Communicate with internal parties as needed to resolve client issues and/or process requests


• Develop knowledge of and provide information about products and services offered
