Job Description:

Our client, a mission-driven non-profit, is seeking a temporary to hire Executive Assistant to support their leadership in Arlington, VA!
About the Job:
* Manage high volume of inquiries and conflicts while providing complex calendaring and scheduling.
* Coordinate all high-level and complex meeting logistics: draft agendas, prepare materials, take minutes, etc.
* Ensure proper prioritization of executive's time, focusing on high value activities.
* Handle logistics and itineraries for complex travel arrangements.
* Track and prepare expense reports.
* Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the extended team as needed.
About You:
* 4+ years of experience in an administrative or support role are required for this role.
* A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
* Self-disciplined with sound judgement and exceptional problem-solving skills.
* Experience with MS Office Products and Concur is required; must be tech savvy.
About the Position:
* $32/hr-$38/hr while temporary
* $70K-$80K when permanent.
* Ability to work 100% on-site in Arlington, VA.
* On-site parking provided and metro accessible!
