Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for our SVP, Ads business. In this role PayPal is looking for a skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our leaders remain focused on key priorities by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.



Job Description:




In your day-to-day you will:



  • Manage and maintain complex, always-shifting calendars across multiple time zones with tact, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Provide comprehensive calendar management using Outlook and proactively anticipate leadership needs.

  • Strategically schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring time zones are considered and requests have clear purposes.

  • Respond with urgency to requests requiring quick action, even without complete information.

  • Align with senior leaders on weekly priorities, supporting execution of business and people processes.

  • Organize and manage team events, off-site meetings, and team-building activities

  • Handle domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reports.

  • Process system approvals promptly and accurately.

  • Foster relationships with Executive Assistants, Business Operations, and key partners across PayPal.


What do you need to bring:



  • 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Expertise in managing complex, global calendars with agility.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative spirit.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive under pressure with a "can-do" attitude.

  • Role is based in San Jose PayPal office (required).
