Position Description:

• Daily maintenance activities to ensure all IT operations run smoothly.


• Daily support for the local imaging center and for the on prem central environment.


• Responsible for proper daily escalation of issues and off-hour on-call support.


• Work to improve existing standard processes and develop comprehensive controls to monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence based on industry proven best practices.


• Responsible for successful on-boarding of new DS customers and change requests for existing DS customers.


• Ensure constant systems/solution availability to meet project SLA's.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university or over 5 years of IT industry work experience


• Microsoft Certified Professional (or related certification)


• A+ and Network+ Certifications


• ITIL v3 foundation and practitioner certification

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• Extensive experience with remote control tools, Windows 10, Server 2016, SQL Database and Active Directory.


• Installation of hardware and software products remotely and at customer locations.


• Deploy/troubleshoot Kofax(imaging software) Batch class deployment.


• Deep understanding of the various IT functions.


• Providing technical support for hardware and software products on-site.


• Program/Project management experience.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences including executives, business stakeholders and IT teams.


• Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a member of a team and through cross functional initiatives.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Ability to plan strategically.


• Willingness to work with numerous deadlines on a wide variety of initiatives in an environment where priorities may change quickly.


• Network management and support- some knowledge of switches, routers and firewalls.


• PowerShell scripting experience desired.
