Responsible for receiving incoming client phone calls (average 10/day)
Handling client service questions and escalating appropriately
Handle service calls relating to withdrawals, annuity funds, tax statements and various claims
Assist in filling out requested documents and process appropriately
Follow service requests from start to finish
Scan completed documents and upload to Salesforce
Maintain client information in database
Assist Financial Advisors with preparation ahead of client meetings
Requirements:
Previous experience processing detailed paperwork
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills- verbal and written

Pay range: $19-22/hour (some flexibility based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Location: 100% Onsite
