Job Summary:



The Mechanical Office Manager/Service Coordinator will oversee technician scheduling and ensure exceptional service for our clients. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of HVAC systems and customer service.



Salary: $70,000 Annually



Location: Devens, MA



Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM-4PM

What You'll Do:



  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments and maintenance for commercial clients.

  • Dispatch and track service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their service needs and providing accurate timelines for project completion.

  • Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, company policies, and local regulations.

  • Assist with troubleshooting and provide technical support to service technicians as needed.

  • Monitor service performance and gather client feedback to continuously improve service quality.

  • Manage service department inventory, equipment, and tools.

  • Implement processes to enhance workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and maintain reports on service activities, technician performance, and departmental KPIs.

  • Ensure service technicians receive ongoing training and professional development.




What You'll need:



  • Strong technical knowledge

  • Past Management Experience

  • Experience in dispatching, scheduling, and coordinating service teams

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and respond to emergencies effectively
