Job Description:

Job Duties:
* Assist the Project Manager with planning, coordination, and administrative tasks, including budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor management.
* Provide client services, ensuring communication, problem-solving, and satisfaction throughout project life.
* Set up project systems, plan documents, and document tasks/resources.
* Assemble and coordinate project staff and resources.
* Maintain and track project budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables.
* Provide support and direction to the project team and administrative staff.
* Monitor project progress and present updates to stakeholders.
* Manage project changes, conduct evaluations, and assess results.


Requirements:
* 6+ months of previous administrative or customer service experience in an office setting
* Associate degree is preferred
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite


Additional Info:
* Pay: $40,000 to $48,000
* Schedule: 8 am-5 pm Monday - Friday
* Location: In office
