Ledgent Finance and Accounting has an immediate opening for an AP Specialist on a Temp-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of mid-volume AP invoicing and be able to commit to


Role: AP Specialist (Temp-Hire)


Location: Hudson, NH (Fully On-Site)


Pay: $25-$28/hour


Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm


Start: Within 2 weeks


General Duties:


* Fully cycle AP processing


* Matching, coding, batching and sorting


* Prepare weekly check runs, wire transfers and ACH


* Reconciliation accounts and identify errors


* Assist with phone coverage when receptionist on lunch


Skills:


* QuickBooks (Preferred)


* 2+ years of AP experience


* Basic/Intermediate MS Excel


* Must be able to meet deadlines
