As they continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Manager to join their team and help streamline our operations.



Job Description:



The Office Manager will be a pivotal part of the team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will handle a variety of administrative and operational duties, supporting both our management team and project staff.



Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Facilitate communication between different departments and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage office budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency.
Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Assist with project administration tasks, such as contract management and document control.



Qualifications:



Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
