Apply mechanical knowledge to f abricate and assemble mechanical parts according to blueprints, technical instructions, and relevant specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.
Make decisions regarding fitting and adjustment of parts within established guidelines to achieve required configuration and correct functional criteria.
Perform quality checks to ensure that all assembled parts meet the required specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient assembly and testing.
Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
Operate forklifts and overhead crane for material handling.
Properly document work completed via a product traveler.
Work with limited supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns regarding the assembly process.
Comply with all company policies and perform work in a safe manner.
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years' experience required in mechanical assembly or a related field.
Two-year technical degree preferred.
Knowledge of mechanical principles and the ability to use precision measuring instruments.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, datasheets, and complex schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent work ethic and integrity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Experience with welding, brazing, or other assembly techniques is a plus.
