We are currently seeking a VP, Broking to join our Philadelphia, New York and Mid Atlantic team.



What to expect:



  • You will be responsible for developing and producing new client relationships in the medical portfolio and employer stop loss segments

  • The opportunity to grow and manage a portfolio of client relationships

  • You will demonstrate the following traits: deep understanding of the medical and employer stop loss marketplace, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, self-initiative with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team environment, successful sales track record.




We will count on you to:



  • Identify new production relationships

  • Produce new business revenue in the employer stop loss and medical space.

  • Target and expand existing GC clients

  • Ability to work with other departments including contracts, premium processing, accounting and claims, managing reinsurance placements and addressing client needs outside of renewal activities.

  • Develop a rapport with clients to be viewed as a trusted advisor in all aspects of their business.




What you need to have:



  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in Medical and/or Employer Stop Loss Market

  • Market facing experience in the role of sales/underwriting/broking and/or reinsurance broking

  • MS Office skills proficiency

  • Bachelor's degree

The applicable base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $190,000.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
