We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Client Onboarding Operations Specialist.

We will Count on you to:



  • Conduct thorough and accurate onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed and filed according to company policies and procedures.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for the internal Marsh Client Service Team during the onboarding process, responding promptly and professionally to any inquiries or concerns.


  • Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.


  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate with clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.


  • Monitor and track progress of each client onboarding, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or delays.


  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, adhering to company confidentiality and security protocols.


  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.


  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring all client onboarding processes are in accordance with industry standards.


  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry developments.





What you Need to Have:



  • 2+ years of insurance industry or client support experience.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent listening skills.


  • Strong organizational skills, including planning, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.


  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills.


  • Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and effectively multitask.


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems.


  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to client onboarding is a plus.





What Makes You Stand Out?



  • Client onboarding and/or related insurance industry subject matter expertise.


  • Previous experience in operations, client services, or a similar role.


  • Excellent customer service experience.


  • Previous experience or exposure to project management.

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $45,900 to $97,900.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
