Dynamic Manufacturing a has an exciting opening for an experienced CNC Programmer! This position is responsible for programming, and running CNC machines, reading, and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting the design specifications, adjusting the machine cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product in coordination with other positions. This position may also be required to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

Core Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings or Cad models and use datum structures, to determine best programming process practices.
Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly.
Use Microsoft Office tools to implement set up sheets for Shop Floor Set-Up use.
Optimize existing programs to decrease cycle times and improve quality.
Consider tools required to cut specific materials and program machines accordingly.
Collaborate with Management, Engineering, Set-up Techs, and Machinist Operators on new job launches and continuous improvement activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machining processes as they arise.
Complete quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product in collaboration with other positions.
Train teammates on machine operation procedures as required.
Interpret CMM layout reports to adjust or resolve CNC program issues.
Assist Engineering / Quoting as needed.
Able to work weekends and overtime on occasion.
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have prior experience setting up, programming, and running CNC machines not limited to VMC, HMC, and Lathe machining centers.
Proficient at programing using Mastercam (5 or more years as a fulltime programmer is required).
Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor is a plus.
Familiarity and skill with reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Good MS Office skills, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience with fixture / work holding design is a plus.
Understands the different tooling types, speeds, and feeds.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential.
Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms 8 hours or more
Willing and able to work overtime and as required
Willing to work any shift as necessary
