Responsibilities:
- Utilize SAP and previous warehouse materials management experience.
- Lead and manage warehouse personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee and troubleshoot Warehouse Management (WM) system issues.
- Provide shop floor warehouse support to the operations team.
- Ensure all processes are documented and strictly adhered to.
- Maintain master data associated with the warehouse management system.
- Manage engineering changes to prevent excess and obsolescence.
- Propose and implement new ideas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems, specifically SAP.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, including receiving, put away, replenishment, and line feed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with warehouse personnel.
- Knowledge of master data management within a warehouse management system.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Just-In-Time (JIT) seating assembly operation.
