Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
• Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance department including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
• Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in Finance, or equivalent work experience
• Ideally some experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 7 years in accounting/finance
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, accounts payable and accounts receivable
