Job Description:

Location: Arlington Heights, IL

Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr Financial Analyst for a permanent/direct hire position that will sit a few days onsite per week in the Arlington Heights area.



Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive financial forecasts, reports, and analysis.
  
  


• Review data for accuracy and analyze variances.
  
  


• Support cost initiatives and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
  
  


• Conduct finance reviews with business teams.
  
  


• Maintain close alignment with senior leadership.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience.
  
  


• Manufacturing/Cost Accounting experience


• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  
  


• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
