We are currently looking for a Cell Team Lead for our Brooklyn Park, MN location. Working in a clean room and warehouse environment, the Cell Team Lead assures the smooth and stable operation of the boxing workflow and contributes to improvements in standards of quality, cost, and service within Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience leading and managing a production team, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to a high standard of work quality. They will be responsible for leading the production team in ensuring all safety regulations are followed, meeting production goals, and inspiring team members to perform at their highest level. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.


• Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.


• Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).


• Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.


• May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.


• May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Nice to Have - Preferred Qualifications

Exceptionally qualified candidates will have the following experiences and/or qualifications:

• A firm grasp of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Word)


• Previous Warehouse or Packaging experience


• Ability to read, understand and work with technical and non-technical documentation, including visual aids, detailed diagrams, schematics, and related quality documentation.


• A demonstrated record of excellent performance in meeting high standards of quality, quantity, leadership and dependability (attendance and punctuality).


• Be well organized and possess good record-keeping skills.


• Experience with KPI's


• Cell Operation System knowledge (Subsystems)


• Strategic Management


• Prior experience providing supervision or mentorship to lower level production staff.


• Excellent communication skills and a team player.


• Experienced in training and onboarding. Ability to provide process improvement recommendations to supervisors.

Requires minimum of 8 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
May require vocational training and/or certification.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$47,600.00 - $71,400.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
