Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Aids in coordination of controlled documentation within the company. For example, ECOs, design documentation, training records, lab notebooks, study files, audit reports, SOPs, deviation, training records, product design history file, device history records, CAPA files, NCR files, etc.

  • Prepared documents for editing, verifies document and document attributes conform to established standards.

  • Responsible for review device history records to ensure compliance and completeness.

  • May be responsible for participating in internal audits.

  • May be responsible to help with coordination of environmental monitoring as well as data analysis.

  • May be responsible to maintain bioburden and LAL files

  • May analyze quality assurance data such as NCR, SCAR, CAPA, Calibration and other items to determine trends

  • May be responsible to provide assistance in supplier quality management

  • May be responsible to help engineers or other departments with projects, maintaining data or other activities.

  • Participates in continuous improvement activities.

  • Maintains schedules for material requirements and availability for the manufacture of industrial and commercial products to support production control.

  • Compiles records concerning quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock or inventory, and/or in production.

  • Expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules.

  • Assists in determining possible and actual shortages.

  • May initiate action to correct these deficiencies.

  • Uses knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert proper authorities regarding potential problems and appropriate remedial action.

  • Estimates and logs production rate and time expenditures and may be required to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Requires full job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
    Requires minimum of 2 years of experience

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$45,600.00 - $68,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
