The Opportunity
As a Production Manager with Aaron Oil, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations on your shift including overseeing production, personnel, and processes.
This position rotates between 3rd Shift (Mon-Fri 10:00PM-6:30AM) and 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00PM-10:30PM).
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure that inventory is processed in the appropriate manner based on process code, inbound profile, and analysis information.
Communicate problems/issues to appropriate departments, including the lab, receiving, and maintenance
Ensure that all regulations and internal health and safety policies are followed by production personnel.
Individual will also be responsible for ensuring that all production areas are in compliance with Part B, RCRA permit
Ensure that area equipment is maintained and operational.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related field, or three to five years of equivalent experience in a related industry.
Three years of processing/inventory management/shipping experience is desirable.
Previous leadership or supervisor experience preferred
