Covering a variety of business areas and needs, our internships are available to rising seniors in undergraduate programs. Engineered for personal and professional development, our summer program runs for ten weeks from early June through mid-August.

Digital Integration Project Management Intern at Medline will assist with customer-facing digital integration projects, ultimately learning how Medline’s varying digital capabilities can provide automation and optimization of a customer’s procure-to-pay (PTP) lifecycle. 

The challenging responsibilities of the position include:


  • Under direct supervision, oversee standard or small eCommerce integration projects.

  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with the customer’s Procurement & IT resources, plus Medline’s Sales, Sales Operation, & applicable IT resources.

  • Plan and manage projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include tracking activities across technical teams.

  • Facilitate kickoff & standing calls for assigned projects with appropriate internal & external audiences (IT & Business).

  • Promote Medline’s standard digital capabilities to customers and to guide them through our defined onboarding process.

  • Learn various digital capabilities, such as Punchout, cXML, EDI, & API integration protocols.

  • Gain exposure to various eProcurement solutions such as Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP-Ariba, & Oracle Business Network.

  • Generate eCatalog or Level 2 proxy files to be used by customers for their local/hosted eCommerce platforms.

Qualifications:


  • Junior standing with 3.0 minimum GPA preferred

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or related

  • Previous internship experience in ecommerce, marketing, and/or business preferred

  • Active interest in the Healthcare industry preferred

  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow-up skills required

  • Excellent presentation skills for large and small groups

  • Must have strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Must have a bias toward action and be results oriented

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
