Lead and facilitate financial literacy workshops, seminars, and group activities for students from elementary through high school, focusing on economic education and personal finance tailored to the student needs. Provides a safe, fun, and challenging learning environment for students to build life skills, become more financially capable, and participate in activities that can earn them incentives. Adapt and reassess curriculum to meet student needs while maintaining overall class progress and delivering programs to the highest standards for students and the community. Foster strong relationships with students, practicing empathy and understanding their unique needs and challenges. Use research to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to program delivery. Coordinate with the programs department to create detailed implementation program planning, including deadlines, milestones, processes, and risk mitigation protocols. Advise on strategies to achieve performance goals and desired outcomes while monitoring program schedules for all tasks and opportunities. Execute daily logistical support with urgency to expand program delivery, improve program effectiveness, and expand program materials (e.g., toolkits, curricula, worksheets). Develops outreach plans to promote projects and programs and coordinate efforts with external partners and stakeholders to reach enrollment goals. Similar duties are assigned to meet the needs of the department. Our Must-Haves Include:It would help if you like people, especially working with students (non-negotiable).2+ years experience as a teaching assistant, teacher, adult education, program support, or administration, preferably within the education or nonprofit sector.A strong understanding of the nonprofit landscape and experience working with financial literacy concepts, personal finance, and money management principles are desired.An empathetic and energetic approach to working with students from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the demonstration to work collaboratively and supportively in a team environment.You Receive: We can fund projects youre passionate about if they relate to personal finance and are approved by the Executive Director.You work from home, and we work from home; however, to facilitate in-person programs, you must reside in Orlando, FL.Reliable transportation with weekdays and weekend programs based on the schedule (don't worry, you have input).
