Responsibilities
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

  • Experienced in in administrative support
  • Experienced in supporting HR team
  • Skilled in Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
