The Customer Service Representative is a highly innovative problem solver who is enthusiastic about working in the golf industry. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be creating effortless experience by assisting our customers in issue resolution with helpful, efficient, and accurate answers to their questions and concerns.
Responsibilities
Proactively guides and addresses customer questions confidently in the swag brand voice while also helping resolve issues through multiple channels
Recommends alternatives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both business and customer
Balance the needs of customer and business while driving loyalty and long-term value
Investigates inquiries by using appropriate tools and technology to reach a complete and accurate resolution as efficiently as possible
Processing customer refunds, shipments, and account adjustments
Collecting and analyzing customer information to help prepare customer service reports
Qualifications and Requirements
At least 1+ year of relevant work experience
Bachelors degree in communications or other, preferred
High school diploma, required
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Proficient computer and typing skills, required
Knowledge of golf/ golf industry, strongly preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills
Creative and entrepreneurial spirit
Patience and thick skin
Ability to multitask
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk or standing when needed
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Must be able to navigate back office and reach items both high and low
