This position will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide support for both business-related and personal tasks as needed.
Day to Day:
? Manage the CEO's calendar, book meetings/appointments, and proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts.
? Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and lodging.
? Provide administrative support for special projects including research and data analysis.
