We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a critical multi-year SAP implementation project. The role involves rolling out SAP modules, including SCM (Supply Chain Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and PP (Production Planning), across multiple manufacturing plants, as well as upgrading to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP systems and proven experience managing complex SAP implementation projects within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage all phases of the SAP implementation project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring the successful rollout of SAP SCM, EWM, and PP modules.
S/4HANA Upgrade: Oversee the upgrade process to S/4HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and alignment with strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with business leaders and key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment of project goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external consultants, to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
Matrix Organization Collaboration: Navigate and work effectively within a matrix organization, ensuring collaboration across different business units.
Conflict Resolution: Confidently manage difficult discussions with business leaders and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a SAP Project Manager.
Proven experience with SAP PP, EWM, and SCM modules.
Demonstrated success as a Project Manager on at least one S/4HANA implementation project.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP systems, including hands-on experience with SAP SCM, EWM, PP, and S/4HANA.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and collaborate effectively across different business units.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with products and processes relevant to the industry.
Prior experience working in a matrix organization.
