We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst with strong hands-on experience in MS Dynamics configuration to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing and configuring MS Dynamics solutions to meet the needs of business units. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise and ensure that MS Dynamics implementations align with our client's business goals and processes.
Business Systems AnalystResponsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements for MS Dynamics solutions
Perform hands-on configuration of MS Dynamics, including entity creation, form customization, workflow automation and report generation
Analyze existing systems and processes to recommend improvements and develop detailed design specifications
Develop and execute test plans to ensure MS Dynamics solutions meet requirements and function as expected
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of MS Dynamics solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Dynamics configuration and functionality
Stay up-to-date with MS Dynamics updates and best practices to recommend and implement improvements
Business Systems AnalystRequirements:
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on MS Dynamics configuration experience (preferably MS Dynamics 365)
Strong understanding of MS Dynamics modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience managing projects or workstreams related to MS Dynamics implementations or enhancements
Relevant MS Dynamics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
